ABSTRACT
The article reports the approval by RFF, a French rail infrastructure company, of the first phase of the "Tangientelle Nord" project between Epinay and Le Bourget. According to the article, it is now expected that the funding agreement of €4500 million between the state, RFF and local authorities will be signed in July 2009 and will be open in 2014.
