ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the pamphlet "Making Law? Parliament v the Charity Commission," published in Great Britain. According to the pamphlet, a fighting fund to help charities take important cases to the courts should be funded by an annual levy of £10 on all registered charities. Professor Peter Luxton said the fund would facilitate appeals against the decisions of the Charity Commission and help create charity law. The publication also argues that the Commission's approach to how charities should demonstrate their benefit is flawed.
