BMI chairman flies in Linklaters to force Lufthansa's hand

It reveals that Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP advises Lufthansa on the deal where it requested Bishop to put up around £100 million of capital in the company. Lufthansa stresses to proceed on the acquisition once its requirements are met.
