ABSTRACT
The article explores the impact of teenage obesity and how to manage it by dieting and doing some physical activity in Great Britain. It notes that obesity in adolescence has raised several concerns which affects physical health with claims on type-2 diabetes in teenagers. A graph that shows the recent growth in paediatric obesity is also presented.
