Macau: New York, Macau insurance regulators sign co-operation agreement

The article reports that New York State Insurance Superintendent Department's (NYSID) Eric Dinallo and Antonio José Félix Pontes of the board of directors of the Autoridade Monetária de Macau (AMCM) have actioned a memorandum of understanding (MoU). It is said that the MoU gives a formal basis for consultation and cooperation between AMCM and NYSID. Under the MoU, the regulator may demand assistance from the other like obtaining information from a regulated person.
