ABSTRACT
The article presents the results of a survey of readers about their use of social networking sites and social bookmarking sites. Facebook was the top choice among social networking sites, followed by Twitter, Linked In, and MySpace. They use social networking sites for keeping in touch with friends, looking up people from high school or college, or keeping in touch with family members. Also included are reasons for not using social bookmarking sites, the accessibility of social bookmarking sites, and comments on sites they found most accessible.
