The article focuses on the quality of service of two travel agencies in Glasgow, Scotland and two travel web sites in providing holiday packages to Kenya. It relates that Thomson Travel agency offered the best service which assists customers immediately and discount holiday packages while the First Choice offered a package for Tanzania despite asking for a travel to Kenya. The Madukha Tours & Safaris offers combined packages while Safari.co.uk has good service but needs large budget.
