ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the legitimacy of the tunnel construction in Rafah. The tunnel construction of the Palestinians has lead to legality arguments based on the provisions stipulated in the 1994 Gaza-Jericho Agreement. The agreement deals on providing security protection against unauthorized infiltration between the Egypt-Israel international border.
