ABSTRACT
The article presents news briefs related to building and climate change in Australia. A report by the Total Environment Centre states that the commerical property sector is one of the best placed to help mitigate climate change. The Australian Sustainable Built Environmental Council's Climate Change Task Group released a report on the building sector and carbon trading permit prices. Australia's Green Building Council launched a Green Star Industrial PILOT rating tool.
