The article reports on a survey of employees of the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) conducted to take their pulse on pay, benefits and promotions. 21% of employees said that the promotion process is fair and transparent, 36% said that federal salaries are competitive with similar jobs in other sectors, 62% said that federal benefits have a strong impact on their decision to remain at TSA and 66% said that they are proud to work at TSA.
