ABSTRACT
The article looks at the employment laws enacted during the administration of former U.S. President George W. Bush. While a report has criticized the administration's enforcement of federal employment laws as weak, according to Camille Olson, an attorney with Seyfarth Shaw, the enforcement of existing immigration laws has been significantly ramped up. She said that the lasting legacy of the Bush administration on employment law might be in the courts, where judges' appointments reshaped workplace law and will continue to influence its development.
