ABSTRACT
The article reports that the production and use of renewable fuels could see a boost in Michigan as the result of a bipartisan package of bills recently signed into law. The 11-bill package, among other things, allows for more tax-free zones in which renewable-energy ventures could locate and provides other tax incentives, including for the conversion of gasoline pumps to renewable fuels.
