ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the concept of academic freedom. According to the author, the problematic of Freedom is the uneasy and contingent relationship between the desire for freedom and the choice that such a desire is constrained to make. In connection, he also notes that the term academic figures interestingly since at a certain point it is only of academic interest.
