ABSTRACT
The article discusses the niche trend for the fitness industry in the U.S. as of February 2009. The family boot camps, cardio dance class and cycling are famous for families who act on fighting childhood obesity. The aerobics exercise is stated to be time-efficient since it includes all types of group programming. It is inferred that several sports caused individuals to go to the gym to be in better condition for their chosen sports activities.
