Eldorado Gold completes sale of São Bento gold mine

The article reports on the Eldorado Gold's completion of the sale of its São Bento gold mine in Brazil to AngloGold Ashanti. The mine would be sold for 2,71,660 ordinary shares of AngloGold, valued at $70 million. The shares are expected to be converted to cash to provide funding for Eldorado's development of the Efemçukuru underground gold project in Turkey.
