ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the mystery shopping conducted at the First Choice agency in Blackburn, Lancaster, England. The agent recommended Spain when the agent found that the mystery shopper did not have a preference, but said Greece and Turkey would be cheaper. However, when the agent checked on the system it turned out the Spain would be cheaper.
