ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the second statement released by the Citizens Committee for Peace With Freedom in Vietnam regarding the war in Southeast Asia. The new release is entitled "A Balance Sheet on Bombing," which provides arguments for and against the bombing policy of the U.S. in Vietnam. Several arguments and suggestions that are presented by the committee in the statement are included.
