ABSTRACT
The article focuses on social networking. A social network is an online community of people with common interests and activities who want to share or explore these interests with others. A Web-based social network has a number of options for people to communicate and share information, including e-mail and instant messaging. There are a number of social networks springing up on the Web, but some of the most familiar networks include Classmates.com, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and YouTube.
