ABSTRACT
The article discusses the significant role played by enhancing mental capital and wellbeing of employees in the workplace. It reveals that improving mental capital and wellbeing at an early age will encourage individuals to engage into learning in their adult life. It was found that learning and training helps employees to enhance their skills and competitiveness despite the economic crisis.
