ABSTRACT
The article discusses the situation and updates in the U.S. in July 1954. Congress has been busy preparing and producing bills while the President Dwight Eisenhower was distressed that some of his proposals like the health-insurance plan will be rejected. Everyone still worries despite claims that the country recovered from recession as unemployment still was too high at 3.34 million. President Eisenhower is still struggling with the Senate to get a farm bill done.
