The article focuses on the strategies adopted by small business firms for rebuilding after having gone through business disasters. It mentions customer loyalty as the key to rebuilding. It discusses on the comeback of three Northeast Ohio businesses that were destroyed by the 2007 windstorm. Flat Iron Cafe, an Irish pub, Arslanian Bros. Carpet & Rug Cleaning Co. and the company Myron Roberts Management showed that determination and customer loyalty played a significant role in the rebuilding.
