ABSTRACT
The article discusses the weaknesses of the Catholic fiction. It claims that faults in the catholic fiction is a necessary evil, a subtle and dangerous doctrine which may call the doctrine which may call the doctrine of the double standard. The stories in the Catholic fiction are obviously Catholic in a sense that the fiction is filled with the externals of Catholicism. Moreover, the writers of the fictions incline to confuse its subject matter with the subject matter of religion and philosophy.
