ABSTRACT
The article reports on the fall of real property prices that threatens some planned regeneration projects, which rely on property profits to make money, in Great Britain. With property prices in a sudden sharp decrease, real estate developers are not keen to take on the risk. They started to slow down in regeneration projects.
