ABSTRACT
The article highlights a panel discussion on the theme, "Alternative Energy: Securing India's Future," that was held on October 7, 2008 in Hyderabad, India. Homi C. Bhedwa of DuPont Knowledge Center discussed about the need to look at alternative energy and how DuPont is playing a vital role in the areas of solar energy and in projects aimed at creating a green India. Shashank Inamdar of Praj Industries shared the experiences of countries like Brazil that have taken a lead in biofuels.
