The article presents comments by Sunvil Holiday managing director and the Association of British Travel Agents' board member Noel Josephides related to carbon offsetting. Initiatives in offsetting are being seen as too much hassle both by operators and customers. He warns the industry to take climate change seriously. Sunvil offers offsetting as an opt-out option and includes an offset contribution and a donation to sustainable tourism charity the Travel Foundation on invoices.
