Germany Ranks Number One in Solar

The article presents the report from "Reuters" which shows that Germany has become the world's largest solar market. The report shows that the country had 3.78 gigawatts of photovoltaic solar systems installed at year-end 2007. It also indicates that Japan was the second-largest market with 1.9 gigawatts of photovoltaic power, followed by the U.S. with 903 megawatts, Spain with 670.4 megawatts, Italy with 107.5 megawatts, and South Korea with 84.54 megawatts.
