ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the argument concerning the Middle-East conference that reaches an agreement in principle among Israel, Palestine, and Syria are marginal to the deliberation. It discusses several reasons that support the argument and brings fundamental question to change a counterproductive policy. In addition, inviting Syria to the peace conference is a matter of real necessity dictated by the prevailing turmoil in the Middle East which the U.S. has contributed largely.
