This is a case study that starts with Go Zero, a small community group in Chew Magna, south of Bristol in the UK, which aimed to create a zero-waste parish in 2005. This initiative developed into The Converging World (TCW), a charity that is making a triple impact through renewable energy provision, income to sustainable communities in Tamil Nadu, India, and support for many more community groups such as Go Zero in the UK. This model leverages carbon reductions for sustainability in both the developed and developing worlds.
