ABSTRACT
The article presents several books and sound and video recordings related to yoga. The books "Zen Yoga: A Path to Enlightenment Through Breathing, Movement and Meditation," by Aaron Hoopes, focuses a moving-meditation program and "Mandalas and Meditations For Everyday Living," by Cassandra Lorius on Tantric yantras. Also included are the sound recording "Sri," a mix of Eastern and Western harmonies and chanting in Sanskrit and English and the video recording "Underground Yoga."
