ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the partnership of not-for-profit Enterprise Community Partners (ECP) with housing developer Silver Gardens in the U.S. ECP has partnered with environmentally conscious Silver Gardens to offer green housing enabling low-income families to gain from the voluntary carbon offset market. Silver Gardens is the first to obtain grant funding from the Enterprise Green Communities Offset Fund made to promote carbon offset real estate financing.
