ABSTRACT
The article reports on the results of the second auction of Harman Healy following its management buyout, at Kensington Town Hall on June 18, 2008 in England. It is noted that 72 out of 152 residential lots were sold, raising £9.3 million with a 48% success rate. According to auctioneer Nick McLachlan, transactions had fallen since their May 2008 sale, which had a 59% success rate.
