ABSTRACT

Nissan's human resource director Danny Griffiths said that they have been working with Jobcentre Plus in several guises for about 20 years and the scheme was a success. Griffiths has hailed the value of Local Employment Partnerships after scooping the prize for Best Practice in Partnership Working at the scheme's inaugural awards.
