ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the design customer relationship management (CRM) graphical user interface (GUI). It explores the effect of the design of CRM system on the users. It highlights several CRM systems including Rave of Entellium Corp. which has a gamer-influenced design (GID) and the GUI of SAP AG. Several photographs of the design of the projects and its information are also presented.
