ABSTRACT
The article discusses the value proposition, a strategic tool that emphasizes brand management for the benefits of the customers. It is the basic part of a marketing campaign in achieving prosperity for the company and a system that potentially lead to sales growth for a firm market position if it is successfully linked with the customers. Most successful brands in the world are those who were able to translate their communication message into the everyday life of employees and customers.
