ABSTRACT
The article reports on the result of the research on home loans refinancing entitled "MFAA/Bank West Home Finance Index" in Australia. It shows that there are signs that churn in the mortgage market might be receding. It reveals that the number of people looking to refinance their home loans is on the decline. Also, it indicates that 13% of respondents felt there were too many fees to consider when changing lenders.
