ABSTRACT
The article reports that top executives of India turned down offers for senior-level assignments abroad according to the study conducted by Spencer Stuart, a leading executive search firm. Most of Indian chief executive officers (CEO) and chief operating officers (COO) find the country's offer more interesting as compared to other countries. The study reveals that Indian CEO recruitment had been widely known all over the world.
