The article reports that the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, known as Freddie Mac, has allowed New Vista Asset Management of San Diego, California to market their repossessed homes. New Vista focuses on selling repossessed homes to first-time home buyers and minorities, and also made a deal with Countrywide Financial.
