The article reports on the purchase of singer Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch Estate by Station Casinos owner and director Thomas Barrack Jr. Barrack's real estate firm Colony Capital bought the $23.9 million loan for the property which borders his California ranch. Colony Capital owns 75.9% percent of Station Casinos following the $5.4 billion buyout of the gamings company in November 2007.
