ABSTRACT
The article reports on the contract agreement between Ovid Technologies Inc. and the National Library for Health (NLH) in Great Britain. According to the author, under the terms of agreement Ovid will provide all National Health Service hospitals and healthcare facilities an electronic access to the essential medical, healthcare and nursing information resources for three years. In addition, the author notes that Ovid's services complies with the NLH Enterprise Architecture standards which links to six essential databases that are important in the operations of the facilities as well as its clinical systems.
