Hotel carbon index set up

The article reports on the launch of the Hotel Carbon Index Co. by Peter Ducker, executive director of Hotel Bookings Agents' Association in Great Britain. The move aims to provide standard industry calculations on hotel carbon emissions. The system being used will enable hotels to enter data into a dedicated Web site, which will then be forwarded to the Carbon Consultancy.
