ABSTRACT
The article reports on the joint venture of Zhengzhou Coal & Electrical CO., Ltd. and China Coal & Chemical Group Co., Ltd. to build a coal chemical facility in Henan, China. The joint venture named Zhongyuan Coal Chemical Co. Ltd. will build a synthetic ammonia facility with a capacity of 500 thousand t/a and a urea project in Zhengzhou of Henan province.
