The article reports on the success of the $12 million Sanibel General Employees' Retirement System to hit the market for a domestic fixed-income manager to invest $3 million on the plan's behalf. Separate accounts, institutional commingled funds and institutional shares of mutual funds will be considered by the system, according to the request for proposal (RFP) issued.
