ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the improvement of curriculum design centered around the learning outcomes desired for the participants. Various teaching methods, learning methods, and modes of learning like work based learning, online learning, and classroom based learning are presented. Other methods of assessing learning aside from the traditional written exams like individual or group projects or presentation, problem based learning and performance of skills, among others, are enumerated. Recommendations for maximum long-term impact are listed.
