ABSTRACT
The article reports on a two-year grant worth $100,000 received by the nonprofit scientific research organization Infectious Disease Research Institute (IDRI) from the Heiser Program for Research in Leprosy and Tuberculosis of the New York Community Trust. The grant will be used to support the project of IDRI scientist Malcolm Duthie titled "Development of Rapid, Field-applicable Tests for Early Detection of M. leprae Infection."
