ABSTRACT
Reports that Minnesota-based Internet service provider (ISP) Covad and Onvoy has installed a digital subscriber line (DsL) on a customer's US West telephone line in less than five days. Aim of making line-sharing instrumental in the delivery of broadband telecommunication access to homes; US West's line-sharing agreement with competitive local exchange carriers (CLEC).
