ABSTRACT
The article reports on the numerous complaints received by law enforcement authorities regarding businesses hiring illegal immigrants in Maricopa County, Arizona. According to the author, the county received greater number of complaints than any other counties in the state because the county attorney's office is accepting anonymous charges. Business owners believed that allowing anonymous accusations make them vulnerable to charges from competitors.
