ABSTRACT
The article discusses the paper "Coal and Nuclear Technologies; Creating a False Dichotomy for American Energy Policy in Policy Sciences," by Benjamin Sovacool of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. According to Sovacool, energy efficiency, renewable energy systems, and small-scale distributed generation are superior to big generation and big transmission projects. The findings call for utilities and regulators to act for energy project development.
