ABSTRACT
The article reports on the responsibilities of four federal agencies to better support and protect the rights of the servicemembers under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) of 1994 in the U.S. These agencies include the Department of Defense, Department of Labor, Department of Justice and Office of Special Counsel (OSC). However, they are not accountable for maintaining visibility over the entire complaint resolution process that hinder their responsibilities.
