ABSTRACT
The article reports on the sale of six lots at an Athawes auction held in England in October 2007 as investors favoured prime stock and development lots above overpriced secondary stock. Auctioneer Paul Stevens claimed that the auction had many lots that sold well, despite their feeling that they may be over market value. It cites the residential properties that were sold at the auction.
