ABSTRACT
The article discusses the significance of information literacy to the educational role of teacher librarian. Information literacy has been generally defined as set of abilities enabling individuals to recognize when information is needed and how to locate, assess, and use effectively the needed information. The author examines frameworks on Information Process which have strengthen the teaching roles of library staff in learning programs. Moreover, a thinking curriculum model for information technology was also studied and proven effective.
